Live Auction Info
To participate during the auction days you will need to register up front. After you complete the registration you will receive a confirmation email. Read this email carefully.
To attend the auction days you will need to pay a € 50,00 entrance fee. This entrance fee includes two days of access and you are allowed to bring one guest. Your guest will not need to pay the entrance fee and you will receive eight coupons to spend on food and beverages.
Terms and conditions of the auction
The auction will take place live and online simultaneously.
- To be able to bid on the lots you will need to pay a deposit of € 1000,00. IBAN NL43INGB0008106021 of Epic Auctions Classics BV. You can pay this deposit during the registration process on our website, or at the cash register during the auction days. In addition, you are required to submit a valid copy of a recent personal identification document. The confirmation email of your registration contains more information on this process.
- The deposit fee will need to be paid once. You do not need to pay a deposit for items only available in the online auction.
- If you purchase one of our lots the deposit will be deducted from the total amount.
- If you do not make a purchase your deposit will be refunded automatically to your bank account.
- The premium on any purchase is 10% excluding VAT.
- You will need to register up front for the viewing days.
- An entrance fee will not be charged during the viewing days.
