nr: 296 / 1923 Ford Model TT
A typical example of a Truck-chassis that, without cabine was shipped to Europe, probably to France, since the car is included with cabine and flatbed. The reason for many T-Fords to only have 1 door on the right hand side, is due to extra stiffness to the chassis and because the handbrake is located next to the driver's left leg. This makes entering and exiting on the left difficult. This truck is equipped with a water pump, (very handy for a truck) and the transmission is controlled by the "worm wheel". Not a fast car,, but a very powerful one. Please note the steering absorber and the indicators, which are manual.
